Burry me not on the lone prairie

 第一次聽到這首歌，是在Red Dead Redeption遊戲（台灣翻譯成碧血狂殺），感覺眼前冒出了美國西部的荒野，找了找資料才發現，原來這並不是原創歌曲，這首歌被改編過很多次了，就以維基百科上的資料來看，有七個人翻唱過，我聽到的版本是William Elliott Whitmore為了遊戲重新編曲唱的．

為什麼說是翻唱呢？原來這首歌，曾經被美國西部作家協會票選為“西部牛仔經典民歌”第一名，這首歌其實有無數的版本，也有另一個更為直白的名字The Dying Cowboy．
